Keys and handover

Signing is not the end. At the handover the condition and meter readings are written down, and the utilities pass to you.

  • Problem

Disputes about the condition after moving in

What we do: At the handover we record the condition and what stays in the property.

  • Problem

    Old utility bills

The previous owner's bills arrive at your address.

What we do: We record the meter readings on the handover day, so it is clear who pays what.
